Park & Playground Cleaning
A park families trust. Equipment that's actually clean.
Grounds care and playground sanitizing for city parks, neighborhood and HOA green space, and commercial property across Dallas–Fort Worth.
A park is judged by its worst bench and its dirtiest swing.
Overflowing cans, litter in the mulch, bird mess on the tables, a slide nobody has wiped down in months: parents notice all of it, and so do the residents and council members who hear about it. A neglected park reflects on whoever is responsible for it, and playground equipment that looks grimy reads as unsafe whether it is or not.
We handle both halves of a clean park, weighted equally. Grounds: litter and debris policing, trash and recycling, tables, benches, pavilions, and restrooms. Equipment: cleaning and sanitizing high-touch playground surfaces, swing sets, slides, and splash pads with family-safe products, plus pressure washing pavilions, walkways, and equipment pads. All on a schedule that fits your season and budget.

Questions we hear from park & playground buyers
Do you sanitize the playground equipment, not just clean it?
Yes. High-touch surfaces, swing chains, slides, and handrails are cleaned and sanitized with products that are safe around children, not just rinsed off. It's the part families notice most.
Do you work with cities, or private communities too?
Both. Municipal parks departments, neighborhood and HOA parks, apartment community green space, and commercial property with playgrounds or picnic areas. We can run as a recurring contract or a one-time deep clean.
Can you handle a whole park, including restrooms and grounds?
Yes. We cover the full grounds (litter, trash, tables, pavilions, restrooms) and the equipment sanitizing, so it's one crew and one number instead of juggling several vendors.
How often should a park be serviced?
It depends on traffic and season. High-use parks and splash pads often need weekly or several-times-weekly service in summer; quieter neighborhood parks may be fine every other week. We'll recommend a cadence at the walkthrough.
Are you insured and bonded for public property?
Yes, insured and bonded, with a certificate of insurance provided to your city, HOA, or management company before the first service.
