Post-Construction Cleaning
Punch-list ready. Not "pretty good for a construction site."
Rough, final, and touch-up cleans for general contractors and builders across DFW, sequenced with your trades so the walkthrough goes your way.
Your close-out date doesn't move. Your cleaning crew has to keep up.
Every superintendent has a story about a final clean that wasn't: dust film on the glass at walkthrough, paint overspray on hardware, a punch list that grew instead of shrinking. When cleaning slips, the schedule slips, and the schedule is your reputation.
We work construction cleans in phases, the way the job actually flows. Rough clean after drywall and paint to clear debris and prep for finish trades. Final clean before inspection: every surface, every pane, every fixture, adhesive and overspray off, floors finished. Touch-up clean after the last trades cycle through, so the space shows the way you intend at handoff. Crews scale to your square footage and your date.
What each phase covers
- Rough clean: debris removal, sweep-down, stray material staged for disposal, surfaces prepped for finish work
- Final clean: detail dusting from ceiling grid to baseboards (fixtures, vents, ledges, millwork)
- Window and glass cleaning inside and out, sticker/adhesive and paint-spot removal
- Floor care by surface: scrub and finish hard floors, HEPA vacuum, grout wash-down where needed
- Restroom and kitchen/break area sanitizing and polish
- Hardware, switch plates, and stainless detail wipe-down
- Touch-up clean after final trades, timed to your walkthrough
- Flexible crews, with nights and weekends when the schedule demands it
Every account gets a written scope at the walkthrough, and this list is the starting point, not the ceiling.
Questions we hear from post-construction buyers
Can you meet a hard close-out date?
Yes. Give us your walkthrough date and we build backward from it. We scale crew size to the square footage and phase, and we work nights and weekends when that's what the schedule needs.
Do you do all three phases, or just finals?
All three: rough clean after drywall/paint, final clean before inspection, and touch-up after the last trades finish. Plenty of GCs bring us in for finals only, and that works too.
Are you insured for active job sites?
Yes, insured and bonded, and we'll get your office a certificate of insurance before we're on site. Crews follow your site's safety requirements, including PPE rules.
How do you price construction cleans?
By square footage, phase, and finish level. Send plans or a square-footage number for a fast estimate, or have us walk the site. Same-week quotes either way.
Do you handle debris hauling?
We stage debris and handle standard trash-out as part of rough cleans. Large-volume haul-off and dumpster logistics stay with your site plan, and we'll coordinate with whatever you have on the ground.
